Thank you for shopping at Pearlzone. Our online shop provides unique fashion products from our independent designers back by high-quality material and reliable production. Our members of the QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and receive a refund. Please don`t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com, we will try our best to meet your request.

Time required to initiate a return:
Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change their mind and return the items without explaining the reason and Pearlzone/pearlzone.com has to issue a refund. You can request a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving the returned item, Pearlzone/pearlzone.com has to issue a refund back to the customers' accounts.
Return shipping costs: The buyer bears the return or exchange shipping costs.
Goods that cannot be returned for exchange.
1. Clearance sale goods.
2. Lingerie, underwear, pajamas, swimwear, tights, beads jewelry, and accessories.
Requirements for returned goods:
1. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
2. The return address is the address given in the customer service email: service@Pearlzone.com.
3. Please include your name, telephone number, address, and a copy of the invoice/receipt.
Please note that, in the case of the size issue, you may attach a photo of the label with the SKU on the transparent package bag to your email, so that our customer service can process your request more quickly.
Purchase Not Eligible for Return
-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return.
-Bags & Accessories can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
We will do a refund once we've received the item you've returned.
The refund will be returned in 7 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.
There might be a little bit of delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it twice a week. Any questions please contact us at email@example.com, we will reply to you as soon as possible.
1. original shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
2. Returned by the original route. The time taken to receive a refund depends on your payment method. Usually, it takes 24 hours for Paypal and 7-15 working days for the credit card.
Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.
All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Your order will be fully refunded if it's canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.
